Module 1: An Introduction to Lipid Management and Continuous Improvement

This module introduces the basics of managing lipids of patients at risk for coronary heart disease and provides instructions for a paper-based practice assessment that can be completed during a normal clinic workday. The assessment will highlight the practice's performance on key lipid management performance indicators.
